These are really awful. They taste nothign like "garlic parmesan" at all, and they are hard as a rock -- more like a chewy, tasteless pretzel than a bread stick. Skip this product.

I recently ordered this item to test what a low-carb bread stick would be like. They were basically like pressed sawdust. Not much flavor at all and a bit dry. They do look like and have the texture of a hard bread stick, but do not have the taste or richness of bread. I did crush a few of these to add to a meat loaf recipe in place of bread crumbs and they seemed to do well in that capacity, however, I would not recommend eating these by themselves as a satisfying snack.
I have to agree with all the other reviews, these bread sticks are NOT good, bland, dry, horrible tasting, we got the Garlic Parmesan and my daughter read the reviews but didn't want that to influence her decision to buy them, but they are terrible tasting, the rest of the items I bought are good.
