I bought the Banana Nut flavor and was VERY satisfied with the taste, texture and price. Nice servings of banana and almonds were dispersed throughout loaf. One loaf will last several days. I will definitely buy this flavor again. I plan to try the cinnamon flavor too. I highly recommend this bread to low carbers...just 3 net carbs per slice.

Recommended Use: You will need:
3 large or ex-lg or jumbo eggs
3 Tbl. softened butter
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat an 8" x 4" w loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. In medium sized bowl combine all ingredients. Using a whisk or electric mixer on low, blend one minute until well mixed. Spoon into loaf pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes (until toothpick or knife inserted into center comes out clean). Makes 16 servings, 1/2" thick slices. Freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
Fat Free Version:
Use 6 egg whites, 1/3 cup fat free sour cream, 1/4 cup water and omit the butter.
