Just Whites is 100% dried egg whites. It can be added to dry ingredients in any recipe calling for eggs or egg whites. Just remember to add extra water or fruit juice in amounts specified in the table below to any liquid (including water) called for in the recipe. Egg Whites powder may be stored at room temperature. Keep partially used containers tightly closed to prevent moisture to enter. If the product is stored in a dry location, it may be held indefinitely at room temperature. Cholesterol free, fat free, and sugar free.

How To Use Just Whites: Use the table below to determine the amount of Just Whites and water to use.

Add Just Whites to warm water. Stir for 2 minutes, giving the powder time to absorb the water. Continue to stir until completely dissolved. For best results, use a whisk. To obtain foamy, soft, or hard-peak stage, use an electric or and-mixer, as you would for fresh egg whites.

May 12, 2010 Reviewer: A customer in Maine This product is fabulous. It whips just like regular egg whites if not better, and is low in both calories and carbohydrates. I use it to add to a regular egg and to make a low carb lemon souffle using 1/2 lemon , lemon zest, some sweetener, and Just Whites in the equivalent of 3-4 egg whites. I spray the pan w/butter flavored spray, brown the bottom slightly and put the whole frying pan in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until very lightly browned at 325 degrees. I used these Just Whites this morning again, this time for an egg-white omelet. I was worried that the reconstituted powder wouldn't hold up to direct frying. I was pleasantly surprised. The taste was EXACTLY like regular egg-whites, and my wife (true story) couldn't tell the difference. I didn't tell her until she was almost done! A reminder -- follow the mixing directions. Use warm water, mix with a whisk for two full minutes.
