March 30, 2012 Reviewer: Rebecca in California I have learned to make my own sorbet so it would be sugar free and this makes a wonderful sorbet as well as an all round excellent sweetener. I use it just like sugar or splenda since I stopped sugar a long time ago. I like how it is natural and not artificial anything. It's a big plus and the other big plus is that it taste so good and makes my sorbet so good it affects the texture. It's just plan excellent.
