Fantastic taste (definitely mix w/milk, but water is still good). I don't love that there's powdered butter in there, but it's kind of funny. This is one of the only two weight gainers on the market with no artificial sweeteners, the other being Pro-Lab N-Large 2 which I also highly recommend. If you're looking for a solid post-workout shake and you're ok with some fat, this is a great choice. For much less fat go with Pro-Lab (though that lacks a vitamin/mineral blend). Love Netrition.
