I have noticed a boost to my CV and then later when I hit the weights. I have not had any allergic reactions and I have been using this product for about a year. I did have a bad reaction to NO-Xplode, so that is how I found this Adrenol-8. I love this product and am about to order another bottle. I took it as directed 30 minutes before heading to the gym. I read the ingredients carefully as I am allergic to soy. Most things that say processed in a factory that processes soy are usually OK. I should have known better...as the "natural flavorings" listed can be just about anything. I had a terrible GI reaction (typical of what happens when I ingest soy...excruciating GI pain). Before I realized this was happening I was full swing into my run, which I did not notice any difference or improvements from my normal workouts. The other reason I would not recommend this for those who may not have my problem, is that it tastes so bad I almost gagged when drinking it. Definitely not a good experience. If you get a free sample don't be afraid to try it, though. I personally don't think you will see any benefit, but it did not have any negative stimulant effects.
