I have been looking for a substitute for Hot Cocoa and this is it. I heat up whole milk instead of water and the result is a rich, creamy cup of cocoa just like my Mom used to make. Excellent!

I ordered this product with high hopes. I love a warm cup of hot cocoa on cold nights but have recently tried to cut my sugar out. So when I found this product I had to have it. I just recieved my package and made a cup of hot chocolate I find it undrinkably gross. It doesnt have any chocolate flavor, maybe it was my high hopes but I would not spend money on this product again.

Weak strawberry flavor. Product not bad enough to throw away, but not good enough to re-order.

I use this for baking and it is a wonderful product! You measure it just like you would sugar. It is in a powdered form and mixes in thoroughly. I highly recommend it. Thank you Netrition for adding this to your offerings!

I have used this product several times and I think it is fantastic. I usually use 1/2 of what the sugar recipe calls for and stevia to make up the difference. It really gives a great taste to my bake goods. Absolutely love it!!

Just Like Sugar is not, unfortunately, diabetic friendly. It does spike your blood sugar. I do like the taste of Just Like Sugar. It has no bitter aftertaste and has caused no gastrointestinal problems. However, I had started to wonder at the spikes in my blood sugar. I had been making lemon chess pie, using two cups of Just Like Sugar. The pie crust is the LC pie crust, and has little affect on blood sugar. After fasting for two hours I tested my blood sugar: it was 102. I then had a piece of my pie. After an hour, my blood sugar was 164. After 90 minutes it was up to 212, so I then injected some insulin. I truly wanted to believe that Just Like Sugar would be beneficial for diabetics, as the company stated. However, at least for me, it is the same as regular sugar. Dr. Bernstein had stated in his book that problems like this are to be avoided. I should have heeded his words. So far as the product itself: I would give it a '5' for usage, taste, etc. For the affect on my blood sugar, a '0'. Hence, a give a '3'.

This is by far the best brown sugar substitute around. It has a good molasses-y flavor, which is perfect when I make pumpkin pie or gingerbread. It's not cheap, but none of the high quality sweeteners are.

I use many different kinds of fake sugar, all have their merits and deficits. This product does not taste like brown sugar and leaves a pervasive and bad aftertaste. It is also not very sweet; but IS expensive.

To me, this is the very best of the low-carb sweeteners. I've tried them all in my morning tea, and this wins hands down. I'm a supertaster and hate the artificial sweetener aftertaste (never could drink diet soda, even before I went low carb). It's not super-sweet like others. I've seen some reviewers say that it's just not sweet enough, but to me that's easily fixed - mix it with one of your other favorites for a boost of sweet. I made brownies last night for my husband and didn't tell him I replaced half the sugar with Just Like Sugar - he couldn't tell (and he's very picky). Great stuff!

Another excellent product from Just Like Sugar! I use this for baking as well. This measures cup for cup like sugar and incorporates well into your mixture, no crystals. I highly recommend it.
