This candy is actually very, very good. It's perfect for people who have actual dietary restrictions. My issue is yeast. I can eat xylitol with no problems, but have issues with other sugar substitutes. Buy this candy, you won't be disappointed. The flavors are great. The caramels are very good.

I was really disappointed in all of these candies. The hard candy was the least objectionable but just did not have much flavor. I threw out the caramels.

While this is a very tasty candy, the packaging is easily misleading. It isn't flavored with just xylitol, and in fact, of the 10g of carbs in this, only 2g is actually xylitol. The first ingredient is "Hydrogenated starch hydrolysate" which turns out to be a cocktail of various sugar alcohols, many of which are not low-carb friendly like maltitol. As for the taste, these are awesome flavor, and I have purchased these again because I enjoy the taste so much. I just know I have to eat them in moderation since they may as well be made of pure sugar, for all intents and purposes.

I am a type 2 diabetic and these candies raise my blood sugar at least 100 points.... such a shame as they taste great.

These are very good. They are my favorite Simply Xylitol product. I like these better than the mints. The watermelon flavor is subtle.

These are similar to a Smartie in size and SweeTart in flavor, though a bit softer/crumblier than I remember either of those being. Good if you want just a little bite of something sweet and tart. Handy dispenser box. Flavor is OK, mostly just sweet/tart not strongly watermelon.
