| This has saved me from falling off the wagon, I use it in conjunction with stevia and make a variety of tasty desserts and treats.
I love the stuff |

This is the greatest product ever for low carbing. I am a sweets fiend and no way could I get by without it. I mix it wtth a common commercial brand 2 parts erythritol to 1 part of the store bought and it is as good as sugar. The calories and carbs don't even compare and the store bought stuff can't hold a candle to it. The key is to mix it for the right taste. I use both the crystals and the powdered.

The powder is packed tightly, so it's a little clumpy right out of the bag - but no big deal. KUDOS TO SENSATO for making powdered erythritol, which I use for making low-carb flaxmeal brownies.

One of the 2 negative things I keep hearing about Erythritol is that it is hard to dissolve; well, this powdered version completely takes care of that. The second is that it has a cooling sensation. This is true, but I make it work for me by using it in recipes in which mint would go well. Like chocolate and coffee flavored things. Also, the less you use, the less noticeable the cooling sensation is, so 1 tsp in coffee or tea is fine. Also, HUGE PLUSES: although it is a sugar alcohol, it is digested differently than maltitol and therefore we notice none of the horrible digestive problems that we get with even just a little maltitol. And, unlike most other sugar alcohols, it has a ZERO glycemix index.

I am on a low carb diet and I absolutely love this product in baking. It works very well and since it is in a powder form, you don't have to put it in the food processor. Love it!

Hallelujah! After following a low-carb lifestyle for awhile, a lot of people will tell you... breakfast is challenging sometimes. After awhile, there is only so many ways you can cook an egg--you know? This cereal is my answer. I love everything about it-- it's a hot, yummy, comfort food that satisfies just the way that oatmeal or cream of wheat would, and the flavors are great! The best part for me, though, is all that fabulous fiber. I sometimes struggle with digestion issues on the Atkins diet, but adding in just a few extra veggies and a bowl of this cereal every morning? Bye-bye tummy troubles! My favorite is the strawberry, because it has just enough natural sweetness that I rarely feel the need for a pack of splenda or anything extra. My one bit of advice-- the flax seed texture takes a little getting used to, but experiment with the amount of water you add to find the texture that you most enjoy. (Just like oatmeal--people have different tastes/ideas about consistency? This cereal is no different.) Love it, love it, love it!!!

Wow. I am not a big breakfast eater but I know how important it is. Since I am a home care nurse and on the road all day, I have to eat something filling as I don't know when I'll be able to eat again. This fits the bill perfectly and is so filling I can't even eat a whole serving! A half of a serving fills me right up. I do add a bit of half and half for a creamier texture but it's delicious either way. I just ordered the three other flavors and if they are as yummy as the Butter Pecan, I'll be one happy girl! Highly recommended!

Yum. This is the best low carb cereal I have ever had. It should be called 'Bran Muffin Hot Cereal' because that is what it tastes like. I mix 1/4 cup of cereal with 3/8 cup of water and then microwave until hot. 1/4 cup is enough because the cereal is very filling. It's already sweetened so it may not need that much more sweetening. Good with fresh or frozen berries or fruit, raisins, brown sugar sweetener and with vanilla Atkins' Shake. Enjoy!

This is an expensive, but very tasty, and extremely healthy low carb breakfast. A nice break for people with diabetes who get tired of eating just protein shakes or scrambled eggs for breakfast!

This is great granola. I also added just a little to yogurt and it added extra taste and crunch needed for a low-carb diet. At night if I need a little snack, this is great just right from the bag. Caution, it tastes so good we should NOT eat this granola straight from the bag.

Basically, this product acts and tastes like the sugar sweetened type. The flavor and consistency are equal to the sugar sweetened type. Microwaving one cup of the morsels for one minute usually melts them quite nicely. However, if used in cookies, because of the tiny size, the flavor seems to get lost. Using them to melt or for decoration, seems to be the best application for them.

I don't bake, but these chips are a fabulous snack. Just a small handful is VERY satisfying! I love that they actually TASTE like dark rich chocolate. None of that chalky "fake" chocolate taste.
