Great product for putting on size and it taste good. You have to cycle (4 weeks on 2 weeks off) and it takes 3 jugs for 4 week cycle costing $75. That's why I rated it a 4.0 instead of a 5.0.

Fruit Punch, Blue Raspberry and Orange are great and easy to shoot down your throat. This stuff will give you energy to hit the gym on days where you aren't feeling motivated. I also noticed an increase in stamina and less fatigue while busting through my workouts.

This product works really well. I've been taking it for a few weeks now and I have noticed definite results. I get a good pump on this product, I don't know if one scoop does it for me though, i might try 1.5 next workout session.... Tastes good too, kinda like sherbert!

Great supplement when taken with NO2 Black. Great recovery time in between sets and you will notice a rep increase and a extra set sometimes. No loading required with CE2. Try taking 30 min-60 min before training it absorbs fast. Don't expect great results if taken on full stomach.

The best NO2 supplement ever. I took NO2 Black from July 2007 to August 2008. I ordered direct from MRI warehouse in S.F. and the reason I stopped taking NO2 Black was the PRICE-DOUBLED ($130 for 300 tablets and get one for free ended) Netrition started selling NO2 Black mid 2009. I tried PlasmaJet, rate it at 4-4.5, Hemodraulix a 2 VasoFlow I threw up within 15 min. after taking them, NOX3 a 3.5-4.0, Nitrix I took for 8-9 months and give it a 3.5-4.0. With NO2 Black I only take 15grams of NO per day compared to Nitrix I took 20-25 grams per day. As far as a 24/7 pump NO2 Black wins hands down. I know month after month year after year I will see gains and great pumps (there is no cycling NO2 Black)

Excellent product that gives you excellent pumps!! I can really tell a difference in my work-out intensity after taking NO2. I feel good and pumped all the time!! I would recommend this product to EVERYONE that lifts weights.

I have used Two Cycles of NO2 in the past year. With those cycles I have done separate types of training with each use. I got great results with NO2 both times while taking it for 30 days and 50 days. With the increased aerobic or plyometric training I received better pumps as compared to the weight training alone. For one of the cycles I only used 3 caplets twice a day (6 total) and still saw great results. I also stacked it with a Creatine Monohydrate product - which delayed fatigue and increased my anaerobic endurance to an solid extent. If you also wanted better recovery I found that the Creatine/NO2 helped more than any other product stack has. I highly recommend this product and it is worth the money to at least try it at 6 caplets a day (30 days).

Just received my shipment from Netrition and decided to try the Vanilla Pro-NOS. Read the product description and sounded good. I mixed it with Soy milk and I must say, it was delicious!! If you have tried BSN protein, this is just as tasty if not better. I think I'll be switching brands.

Best tasting and creamy protein ever. ProNos is a whey protein that takes 2000lbs of whey to make 1 pound of ProNos. I take ProNos after I train when I can afford it. BSN Syntha-6 is my second choice in protein(6-8 hr. protein)ProNos is(2-3 hr. protein)If you take protein every 3 hrs.ProNos is the best. The rating of 4.0 is because of PRICE and sometimes I require an 8hr.(night-time)protein.

The best post-workout supplement, bar none.With the added HSP, it is THE MOST COMPLETE RECOVERY SUPPLEMENT. Combine with HSP activator pills and become the new generation lifter(freak).
