I've tried both the GG brand and the Fiber Rich Brand. Both are good, but I like the Fiber Rich crackers more because they are less dense and have more of an airy texture. I still like the GG crispbreads, but I will be ordering the Fiber Rich crackers in the future.

These can be very dry, almost hay-like tasting as reviewed on their original crispbreads, but I find them very tasty when spread with the Go-Lo Dark Hazelnut Spread. I eat these as a quick breakfast or lunch. Or, an after dinner snack when I feel the munchies coming on. Usually only eat one, and they help keep me full for several hours. Have not tried the ones with the sunflower seeds, but they are next on my list.

I have tried the Fiber Rich Plus Bran Crispbread as well as the other brands; I like the Fiber Rich brand much better. So much so, that I just ordered a case of them! I like to cover them with peanut butter and eat them for breakfast. They keep me full and happy until lunch.

I hardly ever give a bad review on products, but this one is just awful. I read the reviews and thought it would be a good change from GG, so I wouldn't have to buy 30 bags at a time but it was a bad decision. It is lighter than GG crackers, but it has an awful bitterness to it. I haven't found anything that I can eat it with yet to take away the bitter flavor and make it edible.
