    * Yup, used to the ONLY low carb cereal on the aisle and they took and added sugar "to make it taste better" is what they told me. Hmmm, I always managed to put my own Splenda in it, guess they thought folks couldn't figure that out. Crossed it off my list totally. Shame on you Kellogs!

    * Not what I expected. I really liked this cereal. Plus I tried using unsweetened almond milk for the first time, and it worked pretty well together. I would never have guessed I was eating a relatively low carb food. I am trying to stay at 30 carbs per day, so I wouldn't eat it every day, maybe more once I get into a maint. phase. I was surprised it did not have a funny taste at all. I would buy again, and recommend to a friend.

    * We are on the ketogenic diet and modified atkins for seizures. My child has this cereal with the 36% heavy cream for breakfast. Can add a couple blueberries or almonds too.

    * My HEB used to carry this - miss it. Cereal that is lo-carb is hard to find! Pair it with "Almond Breeze" milk...perfect!

    * This is good with unsweetened almond milk and a couple of drops of liquid splenda. Really good on those mornings when you crave some real cereal.
