    Not for low carbers. The main incredient "Maltitol" is not only a sugar alcohol, its probably the worst one for blood sugar there is (it's nearly as bad as regular sugar). A servering size is only 2 little cookies, so the carbs add up quickly.

    Sugar alcohols also don't taste as good as other sweetners that have a negligible on blood gluclose levels. Splenda or organic stevia would be much better alternatives. 100% stevia would be the best option for tastes and less impact on weight gain and sugar levels in the body.
