| Hi, I'm back with an update. I've taken this for about 10 times now and it's still great! When I didn't eat as much or didn't rest enough, it still helps me push hard and last long. When I've eaten and rested enough, this helps me charge through my workouts! I'm ordering 3 bottles next time. |

| I've used it on 2 workouts so far with little sleep and I must say it's great! Lots of energy and strength and I do find myself being more talkative. Couldn't sleep at night after the 1st dose though cos I took it at about 8pm but it's all good. Not sure if I'll still get such great results in the long run but I'll let you all know how it turns out. Btw, what I really like about it is that I get 5gms of creative and 3.5gms of arginine types of supplements. These are more than other brands I think but you know other brands kinda hide the quantities in proprietary blends (except Labrada). |

| GOOOOOOOD Stuff tastes good mixes easy and gets you wired. You will be lifting and jawing(won't shut up). No bull, this stuff works. One of the best. |

| Don't get me wrong I think the pumps are pretty good. But overall it is average at best. I prefer jack3d or hemo rage definitely over this product. |
