| This is a great sweetener for baking. I use it for making chocolate ganache balls, and it binds the chocolate and cream quite well. The only problem is that it doesn't completely dissolve and leaves some white specks (clumps). It does clump in the bag, so I put what I need in the food processor and make it into a finer powder, which helps, but not completely. It's a great low carb sweetener substitute. |

| I used the Sensato powdered erythritol and the Sensato sugar free chocolate chips to make sugar free peanut butter balls and no one knew the difference, they were absolutely fantastic.
I used the powdered erythritol and Carbquik bake mix in Betty Crockers snicker noodle cookies and they were fantastic also. Great stuff. |

| I like the fact that it is so low calorie and it is very versatile, in that you can use it in place of sugar and the volume is consistent. The sweetness is lacking a tad but that is made up for with it's low calorie. I use it daily and have been very pleasantly surprised. |

| I use this frequently in combination with Stevia. It is not quite as sweet as sugar but a nice alternative. I sprinkle it on berries and it does a good job. Expensive compared to sugar or I would give it a 5. I believe it is much safer that Splenda or Equal. |

| I like this sweetener better than Splenda, which for me leaves an after-taste. I actually use this product in drink mixes -- like Crystal Lite -- which also usually leaves an after taste, but sweetened with Erythritol, the after taste is gone! If you use too much, it can have a laxative effect, but again, not as bad as Maltitol, which I stopped using because it's laxative effect for me was too high. |
