| When I received the powdered erythritol, it was all clumped together in one big block. I had to bang it against my counter just to get it to break in half! I definitely will not be purchasing this product again. Editors note: Clumping is normal due to fine powdered nature of this product. Banging against table or counter is sometimes necessary. |

| I bought this sweetner after reading the other positive reviews, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed. I baked a cake with carbquick, and this sweetner had a slightly sweet taste, but the cooling taste is really horrible. It is not even an "aftertaste," it is a "duringtaste." I also tried to put it in a pudding that I normally put aspartame in, and it tasted awful. I'll stick to splenda for baking. |

| I can't believe the good reviews for this item. Horrible aftertaste. I've tried this by itself and then tried combining it with Splenda but the weird taste was still there, no matter what I mixed it with. A complete waste of money. Much better off using Diabetisweet or FiberFit. |
