The fudge brownie tastes great and it's extremely affordable. I like blending it with ice and a little sweetener, and it's great knowing the blend of proteins will stay with my for a long time. I'm going to try blueberry muffin next since I've heard good things about that flavor too!

I have the banana nut and the product is great as far as purity and nutrition. I do add stevia to it though. Just a small amount, and blend it with ice in the blender.. it is very good that way. Sometimes I add a bit of almond butter. That makes it creamy and really delicious. I have not tried my vanilla yet but will probably do the same.

Good tasting product; not the best, but okay. The only problem is the Fudge Brownie leaves lumps even after shaking like a mad man. I added 4 iced cubes and that seemed to break them up. You can blend, but this defeats the purpose of convenience. The protein in it is wonderful. I take it before bed and my recovery has been cut down. I'm going to try another flavor next time.

The banana nut flavor has a very bitter, gritty aftertaste, like a lot of other poorer-quality protein powders. However, with that being said, I'm pretty happy with it as a protein source. I've put on a good bit of muscle using this product (and a new workout regimen).
