    I'm on my 3rd week of using Morph. I have to say I did not have any results the first two weeks. In fact my workouts began to suffer. I was going to throw the stuff out. This week it seems to have kicked in. Had high energy in the gym and felt like I could lift all day. Sore the next day but seemed to have recovered by the 2nd. We'll see how it holds up on leg day. Needless to say I have ordered another 2 bottles. Also, the timing seems to be off. I noticed if I take it at least 45 minutes before working out I get better results. I'm 5'8 and 230 and taking 6 before working out. May try the 9/3 split to see how that goes.
