| These are my favorite multi vitamins. I think they contain a great mix of vitamins and minerals without having too much of anything that could make you sick. I usually take one with my post-workout shake and have an ADAM multivitamin on off days. However, I'm considering just taking these from now on. These gel caps don't have any of that nasty aftertaste that most packed powder pills have. Plus the goods are suspended in healthy oils. |

| I've used these vitamins for about a year and find them to be very good. I like the liquid gel caps because hard tablet vitamins caused upset stomach and you have no idea how long it takes to dissolve. This is a great vitamin at a great price. |

| It was very difficult to find a vitamin with all the specs I wanted, and a nice bonus to get it in gel form. With pills, you just never know if you're really getting all the benefit they contain because they may not dissolve. And try to find a multi with 800mcg folic acid. Impossible. Now has such great quality at affordable prices. |
