| Great product. I'm on low carb diet and made waffles. So incredibly light. They also can be refrigerated and used next day in toaster and still taste great. It's a nice breakfast treat and also great with low carb ice cream!!! |

| Outstanding light, fluffy waffles and pancakes; no low-carb aftertaste that I (or my brunch guests) could detect. Make an extra batch and freeze them. They are just as good from the toaster oven days, weeks, even months later. |

| These are the best low carb pancakes out there. I add a little bit of cinnamon to the mix and eat them with sugar free syrup. They taste just like high carb pancakes and the batter cooks up nicely as well...not too thick. I highly recommend this product, personally I can't live without it - it's my weekend treat from cereal. |

| I ordered a couple different low carb pancake mixes from Netrition.com to compare. Big Train is fabulous! They have the fluffy consistency of regular high carb pancakes and taste great. I also order Dixie Diner low carb pancake mix based entirely on the reviews, and they were very grainy and crepe-like in comparison. Try the Big Train. You won't be disappointed. |

| The best pancake mix ever! I tried Big Train, Maple Grove Farms (very good also/very similar) and New Hope Mills (good), and this one is by far the best. I make it with egg whites, a little applesauce instead of oil & add a bit of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. The key for me is to make sure I lower the heat & cook a bit longer so they cook all the way through without burning. I am so happy to have my pancakes back! |

| I have tried so many low carb pancake mixes and recipes it is not funny. Never scratched my itch though. I gave up on pancakes and do not know if these make good ones or not. I instead bought a waffle iron and decided to go that route. I am so happy I did! These came out crispy and had the perfect texture. A kind of low carb flavor I keep coming across but not too bad. This is on the keeper list for sure right along with Dixie's low carb chocolate cake with frosting. I am stocking up on both. |

| Awesome pancake mix!!! The pancakes are light and fluffy. They taste just as good as (I think they taste even better than) regular pancakes. I found myself eating them twice a day. Once for breakfast with eggs and sausage and then at night when I wanted a sweet snack. Very satisfying!!! Love it!!! |

| I made waffles with this mix. I can't say what the mix tastes like on it's own, because I made the waffles like I do with normal waffle mix: add sweetener, cinnamon, and vanilla. The waffles were Great! My husband said they tasted like they were homemade. |
