    I am a healthy 46yr old female but was having difficulty with sleep quality. Started taking magnesium citrate which helped to a large degree but adding NOW Gaba truly made all the difference with my sleep issues. Tasteless but I mix it with my magnesium citrate powder and hot water and have every night before bed for an improved sleep.

    I like to start my day with a dose of NOW's GABA powder mixed in water. I take it first thing in the morning, along with other supplements that require an empty stomach, especially an oil-based supplement to help absorption. In my opinion, this brain and nerve food is preferable to relying on anti-depressants, which have powerful side effects.

    I'm 67 yrs old and I use GABA powder right before bedtime to help me relax and fall asleep. I use about 1 teaspoonful with 1/2 cup of water. It dissolves really easily and has no taste. Within 20 minutes I feel like I'm having a "niacin rush" as my blood vessels open up and everything relaxes. Combined with melatonin, it's a wonderful nighttime cocktail!
