| Very effective fiber product. I take 1 heaping tablespoon mixed with a scoop of whey protein (flavored) in a blender. Drink quickly because it thickens up in a very short period of time. Follow with water and wait approximately 8 hours. All impaction will clear up. After a few shakes over the course of a couple of days your digestive system will feel much healthier as you have expelled anything that was impacted. |

| A must have for someone on the Atkins diet, in my opinion. I was taking 15 fiber capsules a day, and I was still having trouble "going". I heard about this from somewhere online and took it. It worked like a charm. I've ditched the expensive capsules and now just take this. It's way cheaper but it will take more work to consume (unless you have a hard time swallowing capsules, in which case, it's a win win all around.. It's a tablespoon mixed in a glass of water, and you need to consumer lots of water throughout the day; something you should be doing anyways, and especially on the Atkins diet. Follow the directions exactly. The powder expands pretty quickly and you don't want it gelling in your throat. It's very effective. |

| It great! Really cheap and effective for a good "movement". For a guy on a low carb diet, it really helps to add bulk. |
