| I think that this bar has the most complete nutritional profile of all bars. It contains all the major kinds of protein plus l-glutamine and CLA. I add as an advantage also the fact that it does not contain soy protein at all. The taste of peanut butter and chocolate chip is very good indeed and it easily satisfies your hunger. Highly recommended. |

| The flavor deserves a 5 but the reason I gave it a four is because they are pretty high in calories and low in fiber. But the flavor is fantastic. If you are looking for protein and calories are not an issue, this is your product. If you are watching carbs and/or calories, this is not your product. |

| The chocolate chocolate chip bar really satisfies my craving for chocolate. The 30 grams of protein keeps my appetite in check. I eat two of them a day, so this fits well into my five to six meal a day program. Being on the run, sometimes I even have a bar for a lunch or dinner, that can make 3 bars in one day. Why eat fast food when you can have a bar. A little hint; put the bar in the microwave for 9 - 12 seconds. It freshens up the bar as if it just came out of the bakery. Be warned, have an extra napkin around. |

| This bar does not taste very good to me at all. It definitely satisfies my hunger for a while (the bar is quite big), but usually I have a hard time finishing it because of the taste. The texture is also kind of strange, and the after-taste is not very good. I can't complain about 350 calories and 30g of protein though.
I have yet to try putting it in the microwave for a few seconds like the other reviewer suggested - maybe that will make it taste fresher! |
