Great nutritional bar with the right balance of car/fat/protein. Great taste and very satisfying. It has saved me many times when my blood sugar runs low and I start to get weak. I find it stores well and is great on hikes--- because it doesn't melt in the heat like many chocolate based bars.

These bars are great tasting. I use them between meals. The are just the trick to keep up my energy and keep some protein coming in.
