January 14, 2011 Reviewer: Joel in California Although I have used Jack3d before 1MR, this product just gets you going in the gym without pause. I felt that I could push more and longer. There is a slight difference with getting you focused with Jack3d compared to 1MR. But I only use one scoop (although a bit bigger) of 1MR and 2.5 for Jack3d to get the same effect. Yes  No April 28, 2013 Reviewer: David in Connecticut 1 MR gave me alot of energy for workouts but also made be wake up in the middle of the night with my heart beating outta my chest! I would take about 3:30 pm during the week workouts and about noon on the weekend workouts and did the same thing to me. Also happened to my trainng partner and made my friend break out in hives.
