BNRG Power Crunch Proto Whey features high-DH (Degree of Hydrolysis) hydrolyzed whey protein. High-DH protein is the most advanced, fastest-absorbing whey protein in existence. I'm just finishing my first 5lb load. It's certainly delicious, but taste is pretty low on my list of what makes a protein powder great. What steered me to it is it's the highest rated whey protein isolate at supplementreviews.com - a non-sales site where actual people using the products rate them. Until I see one rated higher I'll be re-ordering regularly. How else can we really judge a product like this? "Well - after one tub my arms were huge!" lol Size gains are so incremental - yet somehow I feel this product works better than both products that I've used in the past.
