I tried the Dark Chocolate Truffles and they are very bitter with a very poor melting ability in the mouth. Granted, it is 70% cocoa and should be on the bitter end but in order to enhance the flavor, it has to have some sort of sweetness added or why not just eat a spoonful of unsweetened cocoa? Chocolate should melt in the mouth - not break into pieces and stay that way for a prolonged period of time. The flavor just didn't really do it for me - although it doesn't contain fish oil - That was my 1st thought when I started chewing. I had to double check the ingredients to make sure I wasn't eating fish oil chocolate. In the end, I'd rather get my Omegas from drinking a Protein Shake with Flax Oil and a piece of Dove Dark chocolate. May try the other flavors at some point but the jury is out right now.
