I've been trying different protein shakes and gainers for some time now and this is definitely one of the best. I am one of those people who finds it nearly impossible to gain, but this shake really helped a ton. I think it's worth the price. If you're taking this three times a day it's 2.64 lbs and so it will only last about a week or so (maybe two) and so it can get a bit expensive in the end, but it's worth it if you are really serious about gaining and want a quality product that won't make you feel nauseous or heavy.
