| This stuff is GREAT! I've been doing P90X for one month now and haven't slept so great from being sore all the time. Slept like a baby the first night and felt great the next day and in a very relaxed good mood! Day two and three were just the same. Not sure if this stuff is supposed to relieve the soreness but I have noticed a huge difference on the second day after heavy lifting. I have not been nearly as sore. I did not expect this benefit at all so this is a HUGE bonus for me! I have only been using three grams and its been working great...very deep sleep and very refreshed in the morning. I used to take Secretagogue One one but not any more! 20 bucks..less than a dollar a day for GREAT sleep.....priceless!! |

| Haven't tried any other brand , but AST GABA is banging. After a couple months of continuous use I started seeing kilos drop off me even when I wasn't expecting them to. Had a funny experience a couple weeks ago when I got on scale to see "how much damage I had done" while I had overseas visitors...... I was -2Kg when I was expecting +2Kg. You certainly dream up a storm as well. Don't take more than the stated 5g though or you'll be groggy in the morning. |

| Good sleep recovery supplement. Can't taste it at all. Good night sleep. The side effects are short such as shortness of breath and tingling of your skin, but that's just GABA doing its job. There is one bad thing - do not smell the powder. It has an AWFUL smell. |

| I use this when on stressful training cycles and it works a treat for getting a restful nights sleep. The increase in GH levels is an added bonus. The only downside is the need to cycle as its potency diminishes over time. AST's is the best I've tried. |

| In general, I find GABA a great product for inducing relaxation / sleep. Don't start off with too high a dose, because the "side effects" are a bit "scary" if you aren't prepared for them. |
