I've followed their dosage guidelines but it has proven to be worthless. I am now taking *twice* what they recommend for a 185lb man and it still has no effect. So be warned: You can obtain a much better training "rush", and "focus" as well as workout strength increases, from two simple cups of strong coffee than from 4 capsules of RPM. --I kid you not.
