I believe that bacopa may play a significant role (from my experience, good for creative thinking). Two of these each morning + H+Blocker after I wake up, and then Dr. Feel Good (multivitamin which also has bacopa) with breakfast, gets me going in a very positive way (energetic yet stable). No jittery effects like I get from other products in this class. I have noticed some appetite suppression, and certainly energy, but I do know about explicit weight loss potential (not my goal).
