I haven't had anything suppress my appetite like this before. I am still hungry but as soon as you take a few bites you don't want anymore. I really didn't think it would work but it does, I promise. You don't get jittery either. You just feel happy all day. I had insomnia the first week but it went away. About me, I exercise intensely 6 days per week and eat clean foods. The true science I don't know; but it works very well in suppressing your appetite. I stacked it with the Lean FX but I would not do it again, the Lean FX can be substituted by better products. Regarding the sleep loss, it only lasts for the first few days unless you take it after 10am. It is the best product so far I have tried from Netrition.com in the Diet/Weight Loss section.
